  1. Looks like you have a good concept for your project...but I would suggest you expand on collaborators (additional resource persons). First, you'll learn from others you ask to participate. Second, you will have others with buy-in and motivation to see results from the project, because they will be "invested." Good luck!

  2. Neat idea! I feel this is relevant and beneficial to those in your district. Just curious... will every teacher be trained within your district and on your campus? In our district, I know all of our administrators and special education teachers are trained and perhaps a few others. It isn't offered to all teachers. I look forward to keeping up with your plan. Good luck!
